King Kobra Left in Prison for Killing Man from Kukes
Court of Pristina accepted the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo for the extension of the security measure "arrest in prison" for Dibran Hoxhaj a.k.a. King Kobra and 6 other defendants accused of murdering the young man from Kukësi.
Kosovar authorities announce to the media that the court extended the detention of the defendants by two months. The file on "King Cobra" and 6 other persons has been handed over to the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo.
"The Basic Court in Prizren, on February 2, 2023, has decided to continue the detention of Dibran Hoxhaj known as "Cobra" and five other defendants Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku, Jesmir Badalli, Kujtim Gashi and Enver Amrllahi, suspects for the murder of the young man from Kukësi, V.C.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, Dibran Hoxhaj is suspected of the criminal offense of "serious murder", possession of a weapon without a permit and tampering with evidence, while Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku, Jesmir Badalli, Kujtim Gashi and Enver Amrallahi are suspected of the criminal offense of "participating in a beating"," made known the court.
Following a clash between two Albanians from Kukes and the owner of a night club, Dibran Hoxhaj, the latter shot towards the Albanians and killed Visart Cengu, while his friend was injured.
