Kosovo's Troops of Security Forces Departs for Turkey

Kosovo has shown its solidarity with Turkey following the deadly 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, in the capacity of supreme commander, has signed the authorization for sending the troops of the Kosovo Security Force to the international humanitarian operation in Turkey to support the efforts of the Turkish authorities to overcome the tragic consequences of today's earthquakes. 

President Osmani expressed full solidarity with the people of Turkey and declared that the Republic of Kosovo will continue to provide the necessary support. 

Number of victims in Turkey and Syria has increased to 2701 after a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 that shook southern Turkey.
