Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu declared this Thursday that the flood situation in the city he leads is improving. 

Ndreu said that there are several "black spots" in Lezha that continue to be problematic, because the hydropore is above the level and does not properly drain the water. 

However, according to him, thanks to the work done by the municipality, the floods have already decreased to 8% from 40% that was before he took the mandate. 

"In general, the flood situation is positive. However, we have some minor problem areas. Mainly the part of Torrovica near Hydropore. We have done the drain but it is a small problematic part. We don't have any problems in the apartments or on the streets," said Pjerin Ndreu.
