Democratic Party accused Saturday the Special Prosecution anti Corruption (SPAK) that this prosecution is hiding the real owner of Tirana's incinerator. Accusing SPAK as a criminal organization, Noka said that former socialist vice Prime Minister, might be a real thief, but he didn't has anything to do with the capital's incinerator

"Ahmetaj discovered that SPAK hided on purpose the real owner of this incinerator. SPAK is not a prosecution, it is a criminal organization. It head, Altin Dumani lied publicly by saiynig that there is not owner. Of course he took orders but this is the truth," accused Noka.
