State Police has arrested Monday citizen with initials H. D., 62 years old, resident of the village of Paraspuar, Poliçan is accused of the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession of hunting and sports weapons" and "Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition".

According to the police, it is suspected that the 62-year-old man fired a firearm in the air in the village of Paraspuar, Poliçan. From the control exercised in the residence of the citizen H. D., an illegal shotgun, a quantity of cartridges and 2 grenade launchers were found and seized as material evidence.

Afterwards, the materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Berat Judicial District Court, for further actions.

"The services of the Poliçan Police Station, after receiving the notification that there were gunshots in the village of Paraspuar, Poliçan, immediately organized the work and went to the scene of the incident.

As a result of the quick and professional actions of the Police structures, based on the information received during the operation, it became possible to identify and arrest the citizen in flagrante delicto:

-H. D., 62 years old, resident in the village of Paraspuar, Poliçan, for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession of hunting and sporting weapons" and "Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition".

This citizen is suspected of having fired a firearm in the air in the village of Paraspuar, Poliçan, yesterday.
