The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, decrees the release and appointment of Ambassadors. According to the official announcement, Petrit Malaj will go as ambassador of Albania to Kosovo, while in Slovenia, the ambassador will be Oljan Kanushi, former deputy director of the National Information Service. 

Decree: 

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj decreed today the dismissals and appointments of Ambassadors as follows: 

1. Mr. Qemal Minxhozi is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Kosovo, resident. 

2. Mr. Saimir Bala is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the State of Kuwait, resident, as well as from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Iraq, non-resident. 

3. Mr.  Ilirian Kuka is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Czech Republic, resident. 

4. Mr. Ilir Tepelena is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Romania, resident. 

5. Mr. Pëllumb Qazimi is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Slovenia, resident. 

6. Mrs. Enkeleda Merkuri is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Slovakia, resident. 

7. Mrs. Elida Petoshati is released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Kingdom of Denmark, resident. 

8. Mrs. Shpresa Kureta is released from the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Poland, resident, as well as from the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Ukraine, non-resident. 

9. Appointed Mr. Petrit Malaj, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Kosovo, resident. 

10. Appointed Mr. Ilir Hysa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the State of Kuwait, resident, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Iraq, non-resident. 

11. Appointed Mr. Ilir Tepelena, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Czech Republic, resident. 

12. Appointed Mrs. Enkeleda Merkuri, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Romania, resident. 

13. Appointed Mr. Oljan Kanushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Slovenia, resident.

Appointed Mrs. Mimoza Halimi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Poland, resident, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Ukraine, non-resident.
