Prosecution Closes Investigations on Youth Killed by ‘Eagles’ Officers
Tirana Prosecution has completed the investigation regarding the murder of the young man Klodian Rasha by the member of "Eagles" Special Forces, Nevaldo Hajdaraj, as reported Sunday.
The file will be sent to court in the first week of August and then will be decided whether the case will undergo trial.

According to information at hand, the pistol found in a pond in water 100 m from the place where the 25-year-old was killed, will not be sent for specialized expertise abroad.
On his part, the German expert said that this weapon was not used in any criminal event and if it is sent abroad, the result will be the same.
Another investigation is expected to begin into the pistol, which is still unknown how it ended up near the scene.
However, the Prosecution has come to the conclusion that 25-year-old Klodian Rasha was intentionally shot by the police.
Security cameras near the scene have shown that police officer Nevaldo Hajdaraj had seen that Rasha did not have a weapon with him, but he shot him as soon as he escaped from his hands.
