Tirana Police has filed charges against 15 people, after the protest held Sunday afternoon in the center of the capital in defence of Palestine, regarding the attacks by Israel.

According to the blue uniforms, they are charged with the criminal offenses "Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations", "Disobeying the order of a public order police officer" and "Failure to implement measures of state authorities during a state of emergency or during the epidemic”.

“From the specialists for Crime Investigation in Commissariat no. 3 initiated proceedings with no security measures, for the criminal offenses "Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations", "Disobeying the order of a public order police officer" and "Failure to implement measures of state authorities during a state of emergency or during the epidemic situation ", for citizens: E.S., 23 years old, B.L., 28 years old, A.B., 47 years old, A.D., 26 years old, F.B., 22 years old, E.Z., 44 years old, E.K., 35 years old, A.M., 21 years old, F.L. , 27 years old, E.P., 23 years old, A.J., 53 years old, E.R., 48 years old, I.D., 36 years old, A.H., 36 years old and O.G., 31 years old,” it is written in the police announcement.

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further actions.
