As previously announced, protesters have arrived outside the Parliament building early this Thursday morning, where they are set to hold a demonstration.

Police have sealed off the area with heightened security measures, while demonstrators chant, "You do not represent us!" in protest.

Authorities have installed metal barricades beginning at the intersection of Elbasan Street, preventing both vehicles and pedestrians from accessing the area. Compared to previous demonstrations, the security perimeter has been significantly expanded as police maintain a strong presence around Parliament.
