Due to the ban on entry into Kosovo of trucks with Serbian license plates and goods of Serbian origin, the trucks are blocked on the side of the border with Albania in Morina.

Some of the trucks have been at the border for three days after being denied entry.

Security checks have been increased at the border point, where as a result the convoy of transport vehicles is long.

This queue of vehicles at the border increased after the Government of Kosovo announced that, for security reasons, border controls with Serbia have been tightened. The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, declared on June 15 that "our goal is security, and security starts at the borders".
