The Special Court Against Organized Crime and Corruption (GJKKO) has made public this Thursday the seventeen accusations against Nuredin Dumani, who now is a penitent of justice.

Nuredin Dumani is suspected of committing criminal offenses of: 

1- "Premeditated murder", committed for interest and with payment, to the detriment of the victim Fatmira Habili (Dedaj), finalized on 14.09.2013 in the city of Durrës, committed in special cooperation with that of a structured criminal group, " Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold steel ", in the form of possession," Structured criminal group "and" Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization ". 

2- "Premeditated murder" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Participation in a structured criminal group", (murder to the detriment of the victim Emiliano Ramazani on 20 July 2020 in the neighborhood 28 Nëntori, Elbasan) .3- "Premeditated murder", to the detriment of the victim Bujar Çela, committed on 17.09.2020, in Elbasan, ”, Committed in special cooperation with that of a structured criminal group. 

4- "Premeditated murder", committed for interest, attempted, to the detriment of the citizen Lulzim Masha (located in Tirana) "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization" provided by Articles 78/2, 278/1, 28/4, 333 / a and 334 of the Criminal Code. 

5- "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Indrit Dokle, committed in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal offenses by the structured group" criminal and criminal organizations ”. 

6- "Destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of the apartment of the citizen Talo Çela (occurred on 05.11.2020) and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in a special cooperation in the form of structured criminal group, “Structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization”. 

7- "Domestic violence" to the detriment of the citizen Blerta Bengasi (Ruçi), committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization ”. 

8- "Violent theft", to the detriment of the citizen Hamdi Sharka (located in the village of Polizhan - Berat), committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by the group structured criminal and criminal organizations ”. 

9- "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, committed in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal offenses by the structured group criminal and criminal organizations ”.10-“ Destruction of property with explosives ”to the detriment of the citizen Mustafa Subashi, (event that took place in Durrës on 29.01.2020) and“ Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition ” , committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization". 

11- "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Elton Kila (called Oti), committed in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing acts criminal from the structured criminal group and criminal organization ”. 

12- "Premeditated murder", for revenge motive, remaining in an attempt, to the detriment of the citizen Arben Çeta (event that occurred on 14.11.2013 in the city of Elbasan) and "Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition ”, Carried out in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group,“ Structured criminal group ”and“ Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization ”. 

13- "Violent theft", committed in cooperation in a special form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", to the detriment of jeweler Lirak Bajraktari in Elbasan. 

14- "Theft with violence", to the detriment of the citizen Shyqyri Shala, committed on 13.02.2012 in the city of Kavaja, committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization ”. 

15-Theft with violence ”, to the detriment of the citizen Hamit Haxhia, committed on 11.02.2013 in the city of Durrës, committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group,“ Structured criminal group ”and“ Committing acts criminal from the structured criminal group and criminal organization ”. 

16- "Theft with weapons in cooperation", to the detriment of the citizen Xhemali Liçi (event that occurred on 19.12.2012 in the city of Elbasan), "Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition", carried out in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, “Structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization”. 

17- "Theft with violence", to the detriment of the citizen Astrit Ademi committed on 17.06.2013, Maminas Vora, in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition", " Structured criminal group ”and“ Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization ”.
