Socialist Party of Albania was ranked the first political force in the May 14 elections. 

With a voting participation of 38.22%, SP managed to get 786,566 votes for the candidates for mayor, followed by the "Together We Win" coalition with 501,402 votes. 

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party has emerged as the third political force in the country, gathering only 36,852.
