SPAK Seeks Punishment for Criminal Gang that Trafficked Vehicles
The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) requested this Wednesday the punishment for the 7 defendants who trafficked motor vehicles from Kosovo to Albania.
SPAK has given the claim to the citizens Selaudin Shahini, Ndriçim Shahini, Ervis Cara, Endi Ahmetaj, Vojsava Doda, Aurel Shatri and Fatri Braha who are also accused of participating in a structured criminal group, where the Court will give the decision on April 28.
SPAK requested prison for:
Selaudin Shahini, with 8 (eight) years of imprisonment.
Ndriçim Shahini with 11 (eleven) years of imprisonment.
Ervis Cara with 10 (ten) years of imprisonment.
Andi Ahmetaj with 10 (ten) years of imprisonment.
Vojsava Doda with 9 (nine) years of imprisonment.
Aurel Shatri with 5 (five) years and 4 (four) months of imprisonment.
Fatri Braha with 1 (one) year imprisonment.
