Gledis Nano was dismissed Wednesday from the position of State Police's General Director by government decision, while the Albaniandailynews.com has learned the two names of his potential successors.

Muhamet Rrumbullaku or Lorenc Panganika can be appointed in the position of new director within the 2-week period, but there are other names on the list that will pass through the filters. 

However, the name is expected to be announced when the Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi, returns from a visit to Belgrade. 

Nevertheless, Muhamet Rrumbullaku currently holds the position of Director of the Agency for Police Supervision, former Internal Affairs Services, while Panganika is the Director of Tirana's Police.
