The director of 'Ujesjelles Kanalizime Tirana' Elton Kacidhja was called by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) this Wednesday.

Albaniandailynews.com learned that the director of Tiran Municipality, was called related to the '5D' case after closer connection with the arrested directors Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato. 

It is learned that he has been asked to appear at SPAK in order to obtain statements regarding the investigations being carried out in the municipality.

Kacidhja was interrogated for three hours.

He is one of the main directors of the Municipality of Tirana, but it appears in the communications of the application "Whatsapp" with the businessman Nestor Muhametllari, the legal owner of the company "5D Konstruksion".

The communications between them on the social network "Whatsapp" lasted for 3 years, from 2020 to 2023.
