Judge Sollaku was defended by her husband, the former Chief Prosecutor, Theodhori Sollaku, who in his capacity as a lawyer, during the hearing, opposed the commission's finding. He said that, as it turned out from the administrative investigation, all financial transactions were carried out by him, while adding that the judge's wife had always been focused on duty.
