Three people have been arrested and one has been declared wanted this Wednesday for cultivating narcotic plants in Fier. 

It is learned that the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Fier Police Commissariat have arrested a 25-year-old with the initials F. S., and 27-year-old V. Sh., both residents of Sheq Marinas. 

The two young men were caught cultivating cannabis sativa seedlings in cubes, in the forest of Seman village. Also for this case, another collaborator has been declared wanted, citizen E. M. 

Whereas, the Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Mallakastër Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto G.H, 35 years old, resident in Vlosh, Roskovec, after he was caught in flagrante delicto in the village of Lofkënd, Mallakastër, transporting in his vehicle type "Toyota Rav 4", narcotic seedlings planted in the cube, a quantity of water pipe and wire mesh. 

During the search of the 35-year-old's apartment, 192 seeds of narcotic plants were found and seized as material evidence, as well as cubes of cannabis sativa.
