AFA Chair Armand Duka Elected UEFA Vice-President

The president of the Albanian Football Association (AFA), Armand Duka, was also elected this Tuesday as the vice-president of UEFA, a task he will hold for the next four years.

The number 1 of Albanian football was selected to the UEFA Executive Committee a few months ago and will now cover this new task until 2027.

Normally, as a simple member of the UEFA Executive Committee, he was paid 160,000 euros per year by the international organization, for his participation in certain activities and meetings for the management of continental football.

This figure is already increasing, as UEFA vice-presidents have another higher salary.

Until 2027, Duka will benefit from 250,000 euros per year thanks to this new role assigned to him within UEFA, for a total of 1 million euros by the end of his term.
