A man was allegedly involved in the fatal shooting of his wife, according to preliminary information in Shkodra this Thursday.

The incident was reported in the Dërçin neighborhood of Shkodra, where a woman was killed following gunfire. 

Police responded quickly to the scene and arrested the suspected perpetrator.

Law enforcement officers remain at the location and are continuing their investigation to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident, including the possible motive behind the shooting.

Authorities have not yet released further details, and the information available remains preliminary. An official statement from the Albanian State Police is expected as the investigation progresses.
