Albanian territory will be dominated by alternating clear and cloudy skies, with the most visible clearings expected to be in the western lowlands during Tuesday morning. 

Second part of the day will bring an increase in cloudiness, generating rain throughout the country, until late at night, when intensification of showers is expected, which will also bring problems with water flooding, mainly in the western lowlands. 

According to MeteoAlb, air temperatures will continue to decrease in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating daily values ??from 3°C to 16°C. 

Meanwhile, the wind will blow medium and strong at a speed of 65 km/h from the South, creating waves over 5 degrees on the sea coast. 

During the first hours of the day, Kosovo will be dominated by clear skies and cloudy skies throughout the territory. But as a result of the development of a center of low atmospheric pressure over the Northwestern Balkans, an increase in cloudiness is expected which will generate rain showers until late in the evening. 

North Macedonia in the first part of the day will be under the influence of high baric values ??which will cause there to be alternations of clearness and cloudiness, but the following hours will bring the development of cloudiness and rainfall which will be more visible to be in the Northern and Northwestern areas. 

The Iberian Peninsula is presented in the dominance of clearings and cloudy passages, while the rest of the south of the continent will be cloudy and rain accompanied by wind storms. 

Also with clouds and rain showers will be the center of the European continent, while the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe will be dominated by many clouds and snowfall.
