Chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha declared Wednesday that his political party is preparing a variant for the new Territorial Reform, adding that a mass vote of Albanians for DP makes possible the return of this new territorial division. 

In his statement, Berisha considered Prime Minister Edi Rama as an enemy of Albanians' freedom and accused him of doing anything to dominate their will. 

"Citizens very rightly ask the question: what about you who don't have the votes, why are you engaging in a process? The question is fair. We engage because the territorial reform is very important for the citizens. 

We are preparing our version that we are very clear that with an enemy of the freedom of Albanians, like Edi Rama who does everything to dominate their will, this platform would not be approved. A mass vote of Albanians for PD makes possible the return of this new territorial division", said Berisha.
