The court released the ex-mayor of Himara Vasil Bollano from the cell, accused of causing the death of a minor in Llogora two days ago. This Friday, the Vlora court has set the security measure of "house arrest" against Bollano. 

The former mayor of Himare was in the hospital due to his serious health condition after the arrest. Bollano, handcuffed and accompanied by the police, went to court on Friday. 

The former mayor had an accident on Wednesday, driving his vehicle on the Orikum-Llogara road axis, the citizen Elio Hamiti, 17 years old, a resident of Dukat, who was walking. 

As a result of the injuries received, the 17-year-old died in the Trauma Hospital, Tirana.
