RENEA Special Forces executed Ramiz Mucollarin this Saturday morning, after the latter tried to kill his wife and son.

In the official announcement of the Police, it is known that the RENEA forces negotiated for 8 hours with the victim, but he refused to surrender, even opening fire on the special forces.

The event took place in the village of Qesarakë in Maliq, in the residence of the citizen Ramiz Muçollari, who on Friday evening stabbed his wife and son, specifically Pellumbesha and Kamber Mucollari.

Citizen Ramiz Muçollari then locked himself in the apartment and did not respond to the call of the Local Police to surrender, but fired a light machine gun at them.

Special Forces "Renea" went to the scene and were able to enter the second floor of the residence of the citizen Ramiz Muçollari, who had climbed to the attic of the residence and opened fire in their direction.

"The "Renea" Special Forces, in full compliance with standard procedures, responded with fire and the exchange of fire continued for about an hour. As a result of the exchange of fire, the 62-year-old man lost his life", the police informed.

Ramiz Muçollari suffered from mental health problems and during Friday he was sent in the psychiatric hospital, but he was not admitted to the hospital, and in the evening when they returned home he started the conflict with his family members.

The investigative team is at the scene and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the examination of the scene continues for the complete legal documentation of this case.
