DP Proposes Initiative to Discharge the Head of State on Constitutional Violation Charges
The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, informed Wednesday that they will start the parliamentary procedure for the discharge of the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj.
Citing the Article 90 of the Constitution, they urge for the removal of the Head of State, for grave violation of the Constitution by Begaj.
At the same time, the Blue Headquarters informed that they will request to be established two Parliamentary Inquiry Committees, one for the pretended violation during parliamentary elections of May 11, and the other one for the so called 'collaboration' of the Prime Minister Edi Rama with former agent of the USA, Charles McGonigal.
