Prime Minister Edi Rama, Minister of Finance Arben Ahmetaj and the Mayor of Shiijak, Elton Arbana have seen closely the reconstructed houses in Xhafzotaj, Shijak which were previously destroyed by the earthquake.

PM announced that 300 new houses will be built prior the new-year and declared that work continues without stopping.

Rama said that despite the fact that the opposition talks and talks, the government has made houses even better than they were.

"Work continues unabated for all those affected by last November's earthquake, and New Year will be celebrated in 300 homes in the area," PM said.
