Fier Prosecution Concludes Investigations and Takes Father and Son to Court for the Attempted Murder
Fier Prosecution concluded the investigations and has referred to trial citizens A.C. and A.C. (father and son) on charges of “premeditated murder,” committed in complicity and remaining at the attempted stage, along with “manufacture and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition,”.
The investigations into criminal proceeding no. 474 established that the defendants, A.C. and A.C., acting on a prior conflict between A.C. (the son) and the victim H.M., while driving two different vehicles, ambushed the victim when he was traveling on a motorcycle with his mother, S.M., and fired nine (9) shots at them while in motion in their respective vehicles.
Specifically, shortly before the incident, defendant A.C. was with his father, the other defendant A.C. During this time, they came across the victim H.M. on the road and identified his route of travel. Given the situation, the two defendants coordinated their actions to prepare and carry out the criminal act. Defendant A.C., while driving a “Toyota,” opened fire with a firearm toward the victims, while the co-defendant A.C., while driving a “Mercedes-Benz,” also fired a pistol at the victims. The defendant A.C., while driving a “Toyota,” opened fire with a firearm toward the victims, while the co-defendant A.C., while driving a “Mercedes-Benz,” also fired a pistol at the victims.
Furthermore, the Fier Prosecution Office reiterates its full commitment to investigating and holding accountable those who commit criminal offenses against life and health.
