Former Vlora Police Chief Arrested Following Family Property Dispute in Tirana
Former Vlora Police Director Sokol Mulosmani has been arrested in Tirana following a family dispute reportedly linked to a property conflict, according to preliminary police information.
A total of five people were taken into custody, four of whom are brothers. Authorities said the incident occurred on Saturday evening on Njazi Meka Street in the Albanian capital.
According to initial findings, Mulosmani became involved in a confrontation with his three brothers and his nephew. Police responded to reports of the altercation, intervened to bring the situation under control, and arrested those involved.
Investigators believe the dispute stemmed from disagreements over property ownership. Authorities have launched an investigation, and the full circumstances surrounding the incident remain under review.
