Tirana Prosecutor's Office has seized Tuesday the assets of the administrator of many companies, convicted 3 times in Italy, Alban Xhepa and his family.

This decision was taken as Xhepa has been convicted in the field of Narcotics, counterfeiting and crimes against the person. According to the prosecution file, Xhepa used the companies he administered to launder money.

Moreover, the investigation has revealed that the representatives of the entities that have received funds from Cyprus with the sender company ‘Tripdale Limited’ have requested that the funds not be credited to their account because the sender requests the return of the funds.

Seized property:

1. TR 8470 H Benz Mercedes in ownership of the citizen Alban Xhepa.

2. AA 483 SU black Range Rover in ownership of International Marketing company SOL

3. AA 296 RV black Audi A7 in ownership of the citizen Ilirjan Ibrahim Shkurti.

4. AA 264 OR Mercedes Benz in ownership of the citizen Iqmet Hedi Kolami.

5. AA 377 IZ black Mercedes Benz S500 in the name of Qemal Shefki Aliu.

6. AA 988 SF Smart red in ownership of the citizen Meri Ramis Xhepa.

7. AA 845 XJ Jaguar E-Space in ownership of the citizen Meri Ramis Xhepa.

8. AA 300 KF black Land Rover in ownership of Go Trade International.

9. AB 621 AD Benz-M S350 Bluetec leased from Alban Xhepa.

10. AA 394 XD black Range Rover owned by International Marketing Solutions,

Seizure at the State Cadastre Agency Tirana of the assets of Alban Xhepa and his family:

-Property of Alban Xhepa with No. 125/23 Vol.8, Pg.2017 in the cadastral zone no.3266 with map index K-34-100- (27- C) for the land property with surface 500m2 in sauk, property registered with date 02.04.2019.

-Two businesses which are registered in a NIPT L92022003U with the name of the subject HEAT legal form LLC date of establishment 20.08.2019. The address of HEAT Bar Restaurant in Tirana is in Ismail Qemali Street, Gener 2 building in property no.2 / 317 / ND-N3. While the address of HEAT Bar Restaurant in Palase in the territory of Green Coast Resort & Residence.

Meanwhile, for Bajram Xhepa the following properties result: Property with No. 451/10/1 Vol.8, Pg.99 in cadastral zone no.3321 with map index K-34-100- (25- B) for the land property with surface 300m2 in Sharre Tirana, property registered on 26.10.1995. - Property with No. 85/52 Vol.11, Pg.48 in the cadastral zone no.3321 with map index K-34-100- (25-B) for the property with a surface of 200m2 in Sharre Tirana, property registered with date 18.01.2005

On the other hand, for Lorenc Xhepa the following assets result:

- Business with NIPT M01913001A with subject name Proedita Consulting with address Municipal Unit no.5 Rr. Tish Dahija Complex Kika degree 2 Entrance 4 Tirana. Sequestration with second level banks of all bank accounts in the name of citizens A.Xh, L.Xh, N.Xh, etc.

In this way, the accounts in the ‘ISP’ bank of the companies ‘GoITradeIInternational’, ‘Eni Gjika’, ‘International Marketing Solutions Global’, ‘Avni Vila’, ‘IrdiLika’, ‘Migena Ballabani’ and ‘Gerald Beno’ were investigated.
