Mimoza Kaci was elected as the news General Director of the Financial Supervision Authority.

Parliament voted Thursday the proposal of the Council of ministers. 

Kaçi was vice director of this institution and member of the board.

Kaçi has long working experience in public administration and in the academic sector. Her involvement in the academic field began as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, continuing at the European University of Tirana, as a Lecturer in the Department of Finance. 

Kaçi graduated from the University of Economics and Business, Vienna, Austria, majoring in capital and insurance markets. She holds the title of Doctor of Science from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
