Albanian government established a new structure for the Albanian diaspora. While years ago, there was even a ministry for diaspora, today a new structure was created.

The National Agency of Diaspora will be depended by the ministry and it will contribute to promote the values of diaspora and national traditions.

Meanwhile, the Albanian emigrants still cannot vote in their country, although there is a Constitutional Court decision that their have the right of vote.
