The chairwoman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI), Monika Kryemadhi, has again assailed the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, in connection with the incinerators affair. 

Through a message on the social network ‘Facebook’, Kryemadhi emphasizes that Rama is immersed in this affair. Kryemadhi said that according to the contract signed by him, the incinerator of Elbasan, in addition to incineration of garbage, will also produce electricity. 

Among other things, Kryemadhi said that this is the personal responsibility of Edi Rama and out of panic he appears in TV studios to put pressure on justice to take his collaborators to prison.

"Immersed in the affair of incinerators, Edi Rama has appeared in every television studio to defend the corruption of his government. Caught in panic by the company he installed for the Elbasan incinerator, Edi Rama tries to lie to all citizens, making them believe that he is the property of the Albanian state. 

According to the contract signed by him, the incinerator of Elbasan, in addition to the incineration of garbage, will also produce electricity. According to Edi Rama, this property and this benefit will belong to the state. 

But today Edi Rama has forgotten what he has signed, because in violation of the law he has given another concession on the concession to the company, giving him the right to sell the energy produced by the incinerator. 

All municipalities of the Elbasan region have the obligation to deposit waste in this incinerator. The management is left to the Municipality of Elbasan, from the burning of garbage will be produced electricity that will be sold by the company related to Edi Rama. 

So, simply put, the municipality of Elbasan will work for the concession company without receiving any benefit. This is the personal responsibility of Edi Rama and out of panic he appears in the television studios to put pressure on the justice to take his collaborators to prison," stated Kryemadhi.
