Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla has taken the initiative to declare November 22, the day of the alphabet, National Day in Albania. 

During the activity "One language, one Abetare", Nikolla said that November 22 is an important day of national identity and we must strongly defend this in the future. While the Minister of Education, Evis Kushi said that next year, the children of Albania and Kosovo will have a common Abetare. 

"I wanted to inform you that I have taken the initiative to ask the government that November 22, the day of the alphabet, be declared a national day in Albania as well. Being an important day of national identity, being an important day of everything that marks in who we are and we must strongly defend it in the future as well. The 170-year-old efforts of the primer form will be new efforts added by our researchers to have a monument, a Abetare thanks to this project that starts a language of a Abetare", said Nikolla.
