The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) confirmed in office the Tirana Appellate Prosecutor, Arben Qose after vetting scrutiny.

Qosja came out clean in the three assessment pillars: assets, background and proficiency.

Arben Qosja started his career in the justice system in 1998 as a Judicial Police officer. 

In 2004, Qosja was appointed prosecutor in the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, while since 2016 he has been working in the Tirana Appellate Prosecutor's Office.
