The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) closed investigations over the 'Xibraka' case.

According to SPAK, there are not connections or facts to connect the brother of the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, Olsi Rama with this case.

"In accordance with Article 326 of the Criminal Procedure Code, on December 23, 2024, the suspension of investigations for criminal proceedings no. 88 of 2024 was decided, as the other perpetrators of the criminal offenses have not been identified. The file has been sent to the General Directorate of the State Police to continue efforts to identify the perpetrators," SPAK emphasizes in the official announcement.
