The head of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha accused the new Vice Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku, of being the most corrupt minister in the history of Albania. Berisha did not spare the accusations against the former Vice PM, Arben Ahmetaj, as well. 

"Who replaced Arben Ahmetaj, the pivot of the incinerators affair? Is he replacing the most corrupt minister in the history of Albania, the region and Europe? 

She has the sole merit of sharing the stolen money from when they worked in the municipality until today with Edi Rama. Belinda Balluku heads the ministry that builds roads at prices 12 times higher than EU standards. The construction has manuals as in Europe and the USA. There are manuals for every public work, for everything they show the costs for each work.

A man blinded by greed, hatred for the common citizen. She is replacing Ahmetaj, for the sole fact that she is confident in these acts with Edi Rama from the Municipality until today," he said.
