Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT) and IdentiTek have signed a cooperation agreement to introduce a new digital service that will enable BKT customers to purchase and pay for IdentiTek E-Coupons directly through the BKT Smart application.

Through the new “IdentiTek E-Coupon” service, customers will be able to select the type of coupon they need, make the payment directly from their bank account, and receive the Electronic Coupon, completing the entire process easily, quickly, and securely from their mobile phone.

The service will cover E-Coupons for various identity document applications, including identity cards, passports, and residence permits, based on the categories made available by IdentiTek.

This cooperation aims to simplify an everyday process for citizens by reducing the need to visit physical payment locations solely to purchase a coupon. Through BKT Smart, payments can be made anytime and from anywhere, offering particular convenience to customers who are located outside Albania.

Mr. Seyhan Pencabligil, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of BKT, stated:

With the introduction of this service, BKT becomes the first bank in Albania to enable the purchase and payment of IdentiTek E-Coupons directly through a banking application, further expanding the number of services available through BKT Smart.
