President of the Republic Bajram Begaj started this Monday his official visit to the Republic of Kosovo.

The first meeting started with his counterpart, Vjosa Osmani, from whom the invitation came, to continue with high-level meetings during the next day. 

"The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, starts today his two-day visit to Kosovo at the invitation of the President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani. At 10.00 the President will be received by Kosovar counterpart and around 11.45 the two Presidents will have a press statement. The ceremony and declaration will be live on the official website of the President of the Republic on fb", announced the Presidency.

This visit of President Begaj to Pristina marks his first stop abroad since the moment he was elected to the post of Head of State. Begaj was received by Osmani with a special ceremony, while he was also honored by the Armed Forces. 

In addition to the meeting with President Osmani, the agenda also includes meetings with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Speaker Konjufca, leaders of the main political parties, a meeting with the commander of KFOR-IT and with the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Albania who have been deployed in Kosovo.
