The candidate of the Socialist Party, Sotiraq Filo, has been declared the winner in the municipality of Korça. According to the results from the CEC (Central Election Commission), Sotiraq Filo received 20,996 votes, or 60.63%. 

While the "Together We Win" candidate, Ledina Alolli, received 13,631 votes, or 39.37%. 

While the Municipality of Pogradec was the last to complete vote counting process, with socialist Ilir Xhakolli being declared the winner.

Ilir Xhakolli has been declared the winner with about 10,000 votes difference over his rival from the "Together We Win" coalition, Zini Tollozhina.
