President Bajram Begaj decreed Friday Edi Rama as Prime Minister for the fourth time, since 2013. 

During a meeting that the head of state had with Rama at the presidency, it was underlined that this year, Rama will have another duty, the one to manage the functions of the Virtual Minister of Artificial Intelligence 'Diella'.

In the decree, was mentionet that "The Prime Minister also exercises responsibilities for the establishment and functioning of the Virtual Minister of Artificial Intelligence "Diella"".
