During the inauguration of the new "Vaçe Zela" school in Tirana, Edi Rama recalled the accusations and attacks for fantasies and 3D projects, saying that the new complex is an even more beautiful reality than the one in the presentation of the project. 

The head of government did not spare the jokes about the famous architect Stefano Boeri, saying that his only defect is the fact that he cheers for Inter. 

"Work speaks for itself more than the words we can list. It is the occasion to thank Stefano Boer, who has the only defect that cheers for Inter, but that compensates it by doing extremely interesting works. As far as we are concerned, whether we are Juventus or Milan fans, Stefano has atoned for the sin of 'Interism' with work, from Tirana's plan to public projects like these. Today is a beautiful day in Tirana, because it has been one of the reasons for ridicule and critical attacks, telling us that these are computer manipulations, they are 3D, fantasies, they will never become a reality. It is here an even more beautiful reality than the one that was in the presentation of the project", said Rama. 

"The challenge is not just to remain satisfied with the work that such serious work gives, but to go further to transform them into spaces that create new opportunities for students and teachers as a separate community, which has need to interact well beyond lessons. I want to tell all parents and students that we are entering a new phase with pre-university education to fill that time between drop-out time and home that can create problems or empower the future of society by giving new tools to transform time into spiritual investment, through cultural, artistic activities, and an investment in health through physical activity. 

We have a set budget for this work, starting from the arts and crafts program, which we will do on two levels, the general level and the most sophisticated one for the most talented, creating in the city spaces points where we can take qualified lessons. Drawing, music circles, to be not only of the students of the school, but also of the area around. The next project is about technology, we are working on a new system of providing information in schools. The challenge is in qualified human resources. 

In many schools teaching is done by teachers of other subjects, we want to change this, as well as the quality of Informatics laboratories. The other program is that of sports, we will start from next year in cooperation with the NOC organizing the sports activities in schools, for schools to have their own teams. I am convinced that within the mandate we will have significant changes. The last element that is part of the new approach to school, the construction of agricultural plots in schools ", said the head of government.
