Three members of a family in Tirana have been handcuffed by the police after the incident that happened the previous day, where the 66-year-old man injured himself with his shotgun. 

After the incident, the police controled his apartment, where they found the weapon, which was without a permit. As a result, two of his family members were imprisoned for not reporting the crime. 

"Crime Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 1 arrested citizens H. Xh., 66 years old, N. Xh., 26 years old, and F. Xh., 53 years old, residents of Tirana. Citizen H. Xh., yesterday, injured himself with a firearm in his apartment. During the search of the 66-year-old's apartment, the police found and seized as material evidence the firearm that was allegedly used for the incident, which the citizen H. Xh. kept it without permission, while citizens N. Xh. and F. Xh., have not reported the crime", emphasized the police.
