Two Albanian Youths Busted after Creating Drugs Lab in Italy

Two Albanian citizens, aged 38 and 20, have been arrested by the police of Foggia in Italy, after they had converted a building in San Severo, in the Foggia area, into a drug refinery. 

Both are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in narcotics such as heroin, cocaine, codeine and heroin/morphine and illegal possession of ammunition for common firearms. 

Police seized 10 kilograms of narcotics, including heroin and cocaine, as well as cutting materials, 17 kilograms of codeine; 12.6 kilograms of cobret (heroin residue). 

During the search inside the building, the police found about 50 grams of cocaine in the pockets of one of the two Albanians. 

Furthermore, the officers found and seized 51,000 euros in cash in the apartments of the two arrested, divided into bundles, two hydraulic presses and various packaging materials; accounting manuscripts and 220 cartridges of 7.65 caliber.
